Villa Nobile is a stunning 19th Century classical style villa recently restored authentically and with artistic charm. Sitting in 4 acres of natural Tuscan rural land with a private pool 13 m x 7 m & a private avenue of young cypresses that brings you to our doorstep.

Centrally positioned for day trips to Famous Hill Top Towns such as: Montepulciano, Montalcino, Siena, Assisi, Sangimignano etc… & our local town of Cortona, where Under the Tuscan Sun was filmed.

You can book the whole Villa Exclusiveley for your own group sleeping up to 18+people. Many times the whole Villa is booked for big family gatherings & for special occasions. 

The villa comprises of 6 double en suite bedrooms and 3 self catering apprtments with a full equipped kitchen and dining area. When booking the whole villa you will have use of external large kitchen dining area for exclusive use for you own group. Each room has its own private bathroom & all rooms have a small fridge &  coffee/tea making facilities. In summer air condition is on from 6 pm till 6 am.
