Centrally positioned for day trips to Famous Hill Top Towns such as; Montepulciano, Montalcino, Siena, Assisi, Sangimignano etc… & our local town of Cortona, where Under the Tuscan Sun was filmed 

You can book the whole Villa Exclusiveley for your own group sleeping up to 18+people comfortably at €6495 per week. Many times the whole Villa is booked for big family gatherings & for special occasions. 

The villa comprises of 6 double en suite bedrooms and 3 self catering appartaments with a full equipped kitchen and dining area. When booking the whole villa you will have use of the external large kitchen dining area for exclusive use for your own group. Each room has its own private Bathroom & all rooms have a small fridge & coffee/tea making facilities.

All Appartaments are very spacious, fully equipped kitchens  are perfect for small families, Large private groups & for a romantic holiday for 2.

Air Condition is on from 6 pm till 8 am .
